One time when I can in to get an oil change they made me wait 4 hours, so the employee promised me a free car wash, well it was not a good car wash so he said next time he will gone me a platinum free car wash. I came in again to get another oil change and free car wash, he told me it would be an hour and a half wait, well I ended up waiting 3 hours and my car was still dirty on the inside, they didn’t even finish cleaning it, looked like they just vacuumed it but didn’t clean or wipe anything down. I was not happy at all. I even missed picking up my kids from school. Honestly I don’t want to go back there anymore.

Mr. Ayala helped me process to replaced my sunshade to my Honda Odyssey 2016 which we bought it pre-owned 2 weeks ago that we are not aware of the problem until my daughter discovered it. Mr. Ayala is a very professional that he wanted it done. the day we came it was not fix because it was a wrong part but the next day he texted me that the parts is ready. when I brought the car back it was fixed an hour less that they told me. For sure I will be back for business. A great customer service! cheers!
I have a Honda Service Plan that I purchased for my Acura. So I was able to have everything done for my car’s maintenance without any cost whatsoever. I called to ask for an appointment for my car to get it’s maintenance and was able to drop off my car the evening before the service was done. By noon the following day the service was done and my wife was able to pick up my car. No problems whatsoever. It could not have been any simpler
