I’ve had poor experiences with our other Honda with lying about services’ like brakes needed and taking to private garage from our church tell us it’s not needed! This happened 3 times for different things. Now, we buy this used Accord and needed a key programmed with 3 different quotes that day from parts department- got sent to service des, another price we agree and then when it’s done the price is jacked up again! You folks are very untrustworthy. For our new 2020 car we chose a Toyota Because we had a bad taste of Spreen Honda

Lack of communication. No follow through with what we were told on previous service one week ago. We were told that if our previous computer update did not fix the problem that we would not have to pay the diagnostic fee again. We were also told last week that if the light came on again we would not have to pay another diagnostic fee. Two separate visits saying the same thing yet we still had to pay another fee today. Plus no one could tell us why multiple lights were on when before it was only the emissions warning light.

It was pretty easy he was friendly, he did say that my car should’ve had a wash but it didn’t kind of looking was forward to it because I wanted to wash it anyway but it’s not a big deal.
