Had to bring my vehicle back to have the same problem fixed again. Second time bringing it in in less than a month. I guess you would call that shoddy workmanship. And whats up with your service advisor Ricardo. I had to call him to find out what the problem was when he said he would call me. He also said he called me and left a message saying my truck was ready. There was no voicemail and no record of him calling me at all. I think it’s time to go elsewhere.

I asked Richard to please tell the mechanic to clean after they change the oil I pick up my car about noon I came home and oil what's dripping from underneath obviously they don't listen and follow the directions I will take my truck tomorrow so they have to clean it and I would like to speak with manager this is the 3er time they do this
I was told that a warranty part would be available the next morning. I asked to be notified / kept updated regarding the receipt of the part so I could make arraignments at work. Two days passed without any notification from Spreen. My wife was able to take the car in, and when she dropped it off, she was told that it would be $500. Turned out that it was under warranty.
