Spreen Honda could use some work on the shuttle service and communication as that was the one source of frustration. Ric did offer a platinum wash when I come back in to compensate for the inconvenience which is appreciated. I will give a positive review if contacted by Honda for feed back but just thought you should know where spreen Honda can improve.
I was addressed promptly with a friendly employee as soon as I drove up to customer service. Although I didn’t have an appointment, I did not wait long for an oil change and tire rotation. Most important I was advised of cost before service!

Excellent customer service
This is my Second time coming here and my experience has been very disappointing. Let’s start with your cashiers, your cashiers have no sense of how a customer should be greeted at your establishment. Not only did she not look up but kept giggling with another female coworker. When I finally paid and received my car, I did not realize that your technician didn’t close my hood property. Scary part of driving in the evening on the freeway with my children in the car. I just can’t phantom the thought of the hood opening while driving with my kids. This could have caused an accident injuring several people if the hood would have opened completely. I also left a message with Jim this afternoon and I never received a call back. I would appreciate a follow up.
