A quick and enjoyable experience. I was able to add service when I got there. Upon completion I paid and she called in my car to be brought up to the front. By the time I got there it was delivered and I was on my way. The service was as dependable and as good as Honda vehicles!!

When I got my car home I noticed it was not beeping when I locked it using the keyless control. I check the vehicle settings and everything looked correct. I made sure all the doors and truck were completely shut. The next day I hopped on the freeway and noticed my hood was bouncing! I pulled over on the freeway and shut my hood. When I got home the car was now beeping when I locked the door. I shutter to think if my wife had been driving with our kids and the hood would have flew up on her if she didn’t notice the bouncing.

The guy doesn’t listen. Just talks and talks. He wanted both keys to make sure they both worked but no one did anything on the second key. I’m tired of Honda.
When the vehicle done, its good to call the person by phone. But its good too to call the person in the waiting room.
Terrible service wasted over an hour of my time. I was told wipers needed to be replaced paid for them to have them installed and afterwards the technicians could not find the parts and struggled to install the new set. After failing to find them I was told to come back next week. Very poor service completely unsatisfied and disappointed.

Danny Nanhthadet is spot on with his service. 10 out of 10. The techs, which I understand were swamped with work today, missed one thing that I wanted done though. Easy fix, so I can’t say anything negative. Spreen continues to satisfy with my needs and wants and delivers where it counts. Overall, very satisfied.

Had my tires rotated. While driving to Las Vegas the air pressure warning came on. Stopped on the fwy to check and found all tire pressure was fine. The tech didn’t recalibrate the computer after the tire rotation. It clearly states in the owners that this calibration must be done. Very frustrating pulling over at to check tire pressure and read owners manual.
The representative was upset and seemed irritated I didn’t want to pay additional $50 for an upgraded service
