We needed a tire for our vehicle due to a puncture in the side wall and was told a shipment of tires was going to be there the next day and would possibly have the one we need. The sales rep also said if we came early and it didnt come in the shipment then it could be ordered for that day. When I arrived the shipment hadn't come and I was told it can be ordered and would arrive in two days. We needed our vehicle and wasnt offered a courtesy vehicle for time being.
