Was quoted one price (including all fees) on the phone the night before and the next morning when we took the car in, the price was way off, but because we didn’t get the “name” of the person who quoted us, they didn’t honor it. Also, we were told over the phone that the part was available when it wasn’t. We had to wait hours for the car because of that, only after arguing about it, initially they wanted us to wait days.

I req8a car wash and did not get one. The bigger issue is my battery, it was not tightened down and now have to get the code for the radio.
I had a complete car detail done and there was product overspray of the interior in areas, they didn’t go al the way down to the door areas and cup holder areas with product, the tires looked like they hadn’t had product applied.
That was only from an initial inspection, by the time I got home it was too dark to assess the rest of the work. I can let you know if you send me a subsequent survey.
