My service advisor Danny was fabulous very informative I had a lot of questions in regards to getting a vehicle serviced and what Honda can provide and he was informative and courteous

I originally came in for just an oil change and was informed that I should get my vehicle checked and serviced since it was over 30,000 miles. I was quoted a 2 hour wait. Since I wasn’t planning on this I was able to take a shuttle to my gym. Alan was my shuttle driver and is such a nice person. I dropped my car off at 11:20 and looked at the time since it had been 2 hours and I didn’t hear any updates from Adam in the service department. I texted him with the number given and didn’t get a response. I called because at this point it had been 2 1/2 hours. Adam informed me the car was just about done and said he would text the shuttle driver and have them pick me up within 30 minutes. I didn’t receive a call from the shuttle driver and wasn’t picked up until after 3pm. I did receive a call from Alan asking if I had been picked up yet. I informed him I was still waiting. He came right away. When I got back I was just escorted to the service desk to pay. I was never updated with what was done on my car. I was informed by Adam at the beginning what would be done but not given any details after the work was done. I normally get an update. I was very frustrated because I had plans today that I had to miss and would have liked to receive a text if my service was running longer then quoted. I wouldn’t have agreed to this service if I knew how long it would have taken.
I didn't get credit for mailed discount for my service.
They were very professional and fast.

Wasnt the service as always service was great. But I took my car in due to hearing noise. Coming from front of car when breaking. This is a noise that only started. After I had a break job done. A few weeks before. Although it’s not a constant noise. Nor does it happen all the time I first heard it a day or so after getting brake job done then didn’t hear it again for a few days. So I brought it in to have it check out which was my reason for last visit. And ofcourse that day while bringing it in it did t make the noise. That was Sunday 2-9-20 but was making noise Saturday. 2-8-20 Tech check out breaks. And didn’t find anything But not even 20 minutes ago 2-10-20 Monday. I began hearing noise again. Like I said this is. An rubbing noise that only happens. Sometime. Sounds like rubber /or plastic rubbing. When I break and only right when the car is coming to complete stop not sure. What this is but seems strange that this started happening only after I got my front breaks and rotors. Replaced. I bought the car from spreen and only spreen Honda has work on car the entire time I’ve had it. I’ve always been happy and have had no complaints with service. As I stated in the beginning. Your customer service was and always has been great just alittle disappointed. Couldn’t find out why or what this. Rubbing noise is .
