I had to return due to the previous service I received. My vehicle and garage was smelling like a mechanic’s garage. I was told there was oil spilled on my exhaust, quite a bit of it, and the smell was from it burning off. From my previous visit, I had also been left on an empty tank of gas with the light on, when I was told my car was test driven to Beaumont and back. Along with it, my oil light wasn’t reset when it was taken in for an oil issue and the oil had to be drained and replaced. This issue has taken almost a year to resolve. With this and a few other times of not great service when we’ve had to take it for “oil consumption tests”. I’ve been told by others, I’m not the only one with this issue at Spreen. I hope things are learned from this and don’t continue to happen to other customers.
