Rick my service manager was professional and knowledgeable with issues affecting my 2006 Honda Element. He was understanding about my time constraints the diagnostics were run which he stayed on top of! Honda was repaired and delivered to me earlier than expected. In all honesty RICK will be the main factor as to why I will return to SPREEN HONDA service department!

I felt victimized first when a thief stole my catalytic converter while I was shopping. Then I felt victimized the second time by the service department at Spreen Honda. My insurance company paid what they were asked.I paid what I was asked and still the car is not drivable.
