I called Spreen Honda to ask what I should do since my hybrid vehicle was malfunctioning while driving after work; Sebastian instructed me to drive immediately to Honda in Redlands. As soon as I arrived, Sebastian checked me in and offered me a loaner car since it was late afternoon. I asked to be given a ride home instead. The next day, I received a call from Sebastian and he explained what needed to be done and placed the order to replace the power inverter. I was very impressed and happy with the customer service Sebastian provided while servicing my car. He took the time keeping me informed throughout the process. He arranged a shuttle pick up when car was ready. I will definitely go back to Spreen Honda. Great customer service!
