It turns out that my request for service could not be completed, but Melina searched for the answer as much as she could, and even honored my request to be done with the problem by 0915 so that I could get to my next appointment. Thank you, Melina!

Im happy with the customer service. However i waited almost 2 hours for an oil change with an appointment.
The car wash is horrible. Seems like the wash the front half of my suv and the other half was completely ignored. I know it is complementary and I guess that reflects how much dedication is put into it.
No I was not satisfied with my service. I arrive at 2:12 PM, first customer to arrive with no other customers around and it took almost 2hrs to do an oil change. I specially told the adviser NO WASH, but when my receiving my vehicle, it was washed! And still dirty and now with scratch and swirl marks, overall the experience was terrible. I spent over a day and a half removing the scratch and swirl marks. I know you guys don’t care what I have to say and won’t make a difference in my torn up vehicle, but that’s was my honest opinion
Adam was extremely helpful in answering all my questions, great customer service, very friendly and approachable. Got us in and out as fast as time could permit. We are very happy with his service.

I was happy with the service. Yet I couldn’t wash & wax my car today bc I showed up at noon. So the lady said I’d get a complimentary car wash done. So when I got my car, it had not gotten washed ????. I didn’t say anything tho.
