I went in for a oil change 3 weeks ago & now my car is leaking a large amount of oil. I took it back in yesterday & the rep Adam says I have 4K worth of oil leakage problems.Your technicians won’t own up to how they messed up my car & I will be posting the picture online. Have your people own up to the **** they did & not charge good people thousands for what wasn’t there fault for a change
The service advisor was really nice and helpful. Those of us waiting on our cars were invited to sit outside where it was safer.

It was a ripoff paying $20 for tire rotation, now its worse because we're paying $30. It's ridiculous to charge that much for something that takes the tech 20 to 30 min to do. Don't call cause I've been through this with the service manager. I'm going to continue to complain everytime especially when you up the charge.
Upset that your prices went up 10$, so reen was a place I felt I could take my car have good service all at a good price, but now I might have to start looking elsewhere, I’ll be sure to let people I know who also go there for an oil service that the prices went up

I went in for an oil change and filter and when I got home I parked my car I noticed there was oil leaking so when I went inside to drop off my kids and came back out there was a puddle of oil so I had to call and take it back a waste of time and gas money due to the coronavirus I didn’t want to be out and I had to go back so they can check it to top it off it was already past four and they wanted to give me a loaner car I said no can you please have a mechanic stay until I get there thank God he did but it was just a horrible experience. The maintenance guy apologized that it was his fault he didn’t clean the oil right I am just disappointed at Spree Honda! Worst experience ever
