Very quick same day service, maybe because of covid 19, less people? , either way, I'm happy.
I don’t understand how I can have an appointment to have my car serviced and according to the text messages that I received while at the service center that after two hours my car was final being serviced by the mechanic. Why is it necessary to make an appointment when I could have just drove in and dropped off my car and returned to pick it up when it was completed.

Great they informed me when the car was done. I want more work on my car done in the future but I’m breaking the work separately and I asked them for certain parts and how much they had no problem finding out. I was going to Fontana Honda but I been getting good service here I wish they wash the cars regardless if it’s rains to get all the hard dirt off and vacuum no matter what. It takes minutes to vacuum it would be great service if they did those things because the customer service is good.
It wad cold and stsnfing outside was no fun.

Was trying to get my brake pads changed and they made me have to get new rotors when they weren’t needed, then after I declined the offer cause I didn’t need new rotors they we’re going to charge me with a service fee for no reason.
She was very helpful. I was In and out quickly. She helped answer all my questions with no issues.
