The paint job was done nicely. I am satisfied with that part of the job. On the other hand, my bumper’s paint was chipped and one of my windows tint was chipped off as well. That is the reason I am not completely satisfied with my service.

Took 2 days to update the clock. The instrument panel, a/c vents and steering wheel (drivers side) were covered in dust. The drivers side floor mat had paper trash. My settings on the radio and security door lock had been changed and no one bothered to ask me if I wanted them changed back. My "Rove" camera had been unplugged and never plugged back in. Unacceptable service for it being a slow time and keeping it overnight! If there were a closer dealer I would try a different one, unfortunately I have a 3 year warranty.

Our service advisor Sebastian was friendly, professional, and efficient. Even without an appointment, he did a warranty replacement of our defective battery and had us in and out within an hour. During these crazy Coronavirus times, it was reassuring to know some things are still working so well. Thanks!!
