I was really satisfied, it took a little longer than I expected but going through this crisis it seems fair.

They didn't reset my settings back to 100% for my oil. I called but the associate I spoke with didn't really know and told me to come back in and get it fixed. This same number texted me when I checked in and told I can message back for any questions or concerns. So I replied. I told Honda that I had forgot to tell the service dept about my 2 front new tires and to just rotate across from each other. They responded back telling me my car is in good hands etc. Well after I had called about the settings i got out of the car and noticed the tires. The new ones were on back and old ones in front. I wasn't going to call back I was upset. They good thing about this experience is i had a stain on the passenger side front seat and they took it out for free. I just do not feel like going back to get my tires re-rotated because of all the covid 19 pandemic and be in public place. I need to though the tires need to be done.

Excellent Service

I had a problem with a tire that had two punctures in it, in the middle of the tread, and I was informed that because of the distance between the two punctures Hondas corporate policy they would not patch or plug the holes!! Leaving me to take the van to someplace else to get the tire repaired!

Great guy. No issue. Had my problems answered. Only issues was that there was no shuttle car available.

I was told it was going to take 1 hr to 1 hr and 10 mins! It took like 1 1/2 hours! Plus there was supposed to be a complimentary car wash that also didn't happen! Not happy

Should have told me about further work needing done b4 I was checking out & ready to go
