Matthew was A1 top notch customer service. My battery need to be replaced. I was going to be late for work. When AAA jumped start I headed to Speen. Matthew took excellent care of me. I do appreciate hard working dedicated employees.

My car has an electric problem that discharges the battery. Also, when I pass by the car, with my keys on my pocket, automatically opens the door locks. I told the desk people, snd they kept my car overnight with the scanner machine, supposedly to find the problem, they just charged the battery snd called me yo go get the car. When I told them about if they found the problem, they not even know what we were talking about. Then they said, “ we didn’t find nothing” if there’s a problem, you’re covered for 3 years or 36k whatever comes first”

I reported that the air pressure lite was On indicating a problem. After my suto service, the light continues to remain On. The problem was not resolved.

I asked for oil change and tire rotation. Only received oil change now I have to come back. :( Otherwise oil change was pretty quick. This was my first oil change .
