I'm very disappointed in the wait times whenever I go. I'd rather just go to Jiffy Lube. Is there a way I can take the extra monthly charge for oil change off so I don't keep wasting money on this service?

Outstanding customer service!! Friendly, and so accommodating- I end up being the last person of the day and it felt like I was the first person of the day. My service guy was so knowledgeable. Everyone was so kind and had a smile on their face even after a long hard day- unlike other places that just want to rush you out the door so they can close. The service at Honda is exceptional!!!
