The person who attended to me asked why a procedure supposed to have been done at 100,000 miles was not done. I would not know why. I was not asked about that during previous visits.

Jesse had great customer service, and let me know what car services need to be done in the near future. I also noticed he didn’t call My name out loud , he walked over an went over everything with me . Super friendly !

Johnny got my car to the technician early and the job was completed sooner then I expected. He was also friendly and polite. I am 100% satisfied with the work done on my car. This was my first time receiving service at this location and would come again. Thank you!

The service person handling my car actually called and said the technician strongly recommended I need the timing belt done on my car, and I was a little put off by that since the last time I had it in to Spreen I paid over $3000 because I HAD THE TIMING BELT DONE! I’ve had all the service for my vehicle done and Spreen for 11 years and I really wish they would at least look at the records before suggesting I need something that I don’t

We used to receive a printed multi point inspection checklist. Do you not do that anymore? I liked seeing those reports.
