Joshua was courteous and prompt with handling my alignment issue. I brought it the day before and the technician forgot to center to the steering wheel. Joshua made sure it was handled very quickly. Thank you again.

Anthony was great. Will do a great survey once I receive it. I purchased my car from Penske Honda and serviced with them up until a few months ago. My last service with them I complained about the tire pressure monitor system with the light on and they just reset the switch. 2 weeks after my service I had a tire blow out on the freeway. Thank You Spreen Honda for a great Service experience.

I brought my Fit to Spreen on Saturday afternoon with a defective push button start switch according to Patrick. He got the paperwork started and explained that this was a warranty item. Music to my ears! Patrick texted me the next day that the Fit was ready. I was ready to hear that the part had to be ordered from China. I was greatly relieved. I asked Patrick about a battery and he gave me an installed price within a minute. He also answered all my questions without attempting to up sell me. This was my first visit to Spreen and I was impressed. Thank you for your caring and professional comportment. David B
