I am very satisfied with my overall experience at Spreen. I pulled in and within a short time I was greeted and asked to step in. Ricardo was extremely kind and quick. He offered the shuttle service since I mentioned that I would not be waiting for my vehicle. When I arrived the place was extremely busy and he estimated that the service would take about 2 hours. I was okay with that and I could see all the cars that needed to be serviced before mine. I left and 1 hour later he called and said my car was ready. I was shocked at the speed of service. *AMAZED* The Spreen service team did an outstanding job under all that pressure. The customer service is always consistent and amazing. Thank you all!
Took more than two hours for an oil change. It did not appear to be too busy, so I assume you were understaffed.
