I have had 3 Accords, 2 were purchased at Spreen Honda.
I had several warning lights on. The service man said the mechanic had to reset the system. I know that takes plugging in a laptop and pushing several buttons. This takes about 15 minutes. No actual maintenance was done. The bill was $150.
I had a similar problem with my Chevrolet and the Chevrolet dealer did the same thing, NO CHARGE
I feel my Helpful Honda people helped themselves this time.
I hate to think I have to take my Honda to a TRUELY Helpful Chevy dealer.
I had an electronics problem with my 2019 Honda Passport. Anthony and his colleague Melina we’re extremely sympathetic , courteous and helpful in assessing the problem and helping me understand and access the electronics better. Sebastian was great! I felt badly because we had the hardest time getting my card to go through since Visa as a whole was down. He waited patiently while I was on the phone with my bank and gave me no issues when the bank told him he would have to run my card at a later time. When I left the first time, I noticed that something under my car came apart, so I drove right back and Sebastian took care of it for me again. It took under 10 minutes. Sebastian and his team provide the best customer service at this Honda Center. It is the whole reason why I drive from Riverside to Redlands just to receive superior service. :)
