Your service is crap. The first time I took my car it was great. I’ve been back twice now and the last time was bad, this time worse. I had an appointment to make after the oil change/tire rotation. I was not allowed to make an appointment. I wanted to because I was coming out of town, could not be there until 10:00 am and had an appointment afterwards. I was told it would only take 1-1.5 hrs. I get there at 10:00 am. Waited 10+ minutes for a service rep. I was the ONLY car waiting. Was told 1 hour maybe hour and a half. Fine. After the hour and a half point I go outside to wait. Went in to ask another adviser where is my car. He says oh I can’t help you, you have to wait for your own advisor. He’s outside chatting with another client. He finally comes back in and tells me 3-5 mins. Haha. Waited longer. My car comes up. NOT washed. What happened to your customer service?! I won’t be back. Btw. The first service advisor I had doesn’t work there anymore. YOUR loss.

My service was excellent but I was very disappointed that a customer had cut about 5 of us in line by pulling into driveway entrance with no consequences.. he was still helped first and on his way before everyone else.
