My wife took my 2019 Honda Insight for A1 & B1 Service that supposedly included tire rotation but when my wife got home, I checked the tired and the rotation was not done but I got charged. The paperwork said that you guys did the tire rotation. (I marked the tires) So I drove back to the dealer and you guys admitted that the tire was not rotated but still changed us. SoI got refunded for the tire rotations. But if I did not marked & double check, I would got changed. And how about my time to back and fort? We are so dissatisfied
