I came in to get tires. I also had a damaged seat belt, bumper was out of line. The tires were not replaced. I will probably not come back as I made an appointment, told the service desk what I needed. Only a part of what I needed was complete but I was not told until I got back that the tires were not replaced. I think the fees were exorbitant for the work done.
I asked the sensors be checked when the tires were replaced. It was checked prior and now will need to be done a second time unnecessary.
First time bringing my truck for service at this dealership, completely satisfied with the service.

They took a long time for everything I arrived on time and waited like 20 minutes until I got out went inside because a lady came ten minutes after me and they help her first . Then five hours later still no call so went to ask if they were done so I waited almost an hour for a car wash !!!
He let me know what was recommended for my Traverse, but also upon inspection reached out to let me know what needed to be done. Great communication on his part

Ericka was great at checking in my vehicle and calling me to let me know the vehicle was ready. I paid and while waiting to get my vehicle I saw the printout that was provided with the recommendations the mechanic had suggested with comments customer does not want want work done. Never was I called to ask if I wanted to fix the problem and when I picked up my vehicle I was not informed of the recommendations. Wow, what kind of customer service is this?
