I dont see how it was my responsibility to clarify which car I brought in for registration purposes when the person is jotting down my information. Now while the mistake was understandable, what is not is Leo not assuming responsibility and blaming it on me. My car was given back a week after the initial time that was first established, no follow-up calls or messages when delays occurred. Horrible experience.

I asked the desk person to write on the order to keep my (low rolling resistance)tires at the recommended 50psi (max pressure 51psi). He did this right. The repair person LOWERED the pressure to 42psi anyway. I was not even asked by anyone why they were at that pressure. I have ruined 2 sets of (LRR) tires by not following the pressure recommendations and am upset that the repair person did not contact me or read the repair order request BEFORE MAKING CHANGES.
