Leo did fine. It always costs more when we have work done at the dealership, but that is not his fault. I have also learned to call frequently to get the latest updates and to wait on hold to speak to the service rep directly. Leo did a good job keeping me informed of the status of our truck and the reasons for changes in costs.
Erika handled everything professionally and courtiously and the car was immaculate when I picked it up. Top quality and service from start to finish.
