Leo did a wonderful job ... I also want to give recognition to Rick who helped me out when I returned with a question and Leo was was at lunch. My brakes were squeaking a little and he jumped right in to help me do that I did not have to wait for Leo’s return. Both of these technicians were awesome, had all the answers I needed and set my mind at ease. Both are terrific snd amazing and have my grateful thanks!!

It took a while to get the repair done because of the hold up with ordering parts, but Ricardo kept me informed and got the job done in a reasonable time and reasonable cost.

Was told 1.5 hours wait. At that time I asked my service writer and he checked on vehicle. He advised me another 20-30 minutes. After another hour I looked for him and he was no where to be found. Needless to say my 1.5 hour wait for oil change took 3 hours with good explanation. I had to have another service writer help me get my vehicle. Had I not asked I’m sure that I could have sat there for a much longer time. On a side note I told my service writer I had coupons that weee mailed to me by the dealer. He said to hold on to them and that end he would see what would best work for me. It’s clear he had no intention of helping me in that regards.
Ricardo is the best he makes sure that everything is always right with my car before I leave Ricardo is a great asset
