truck had two recalls on the display and after two days the fix was to turn off the retractable steps which were on since January. The dealer where I purchased the vehicle said hundreds of retractable steps have never had issues. Why would there be a recall if the steps caused the display problem? I was treated ok but the tech help failed. Solution was to disconnect the steps. not a acceptable.

Didn’t get a follow up by any service advisor on what was done with my car. A simple follow up explaining we did X,Y , Z reason can go along way.

Three f'n hours after you said it was going to be done. Shame on you for lying to me about my vehicle being almost done. Lee is going to hear about all the BS you told me. Very unhappy about the service today. Will probably never come back. Ill go to the Chevy dealership closer to my work and house from now on. Had to retract my alignment because I would have to wait another hour or more. Total failure today.
