Erica was blunt and rude, we had soneone else taking care of us and she took over not even saying she was taking over for someone else, I asked her how long we will it take minutes later and she told me it will be done when it is done than she took lots of people ahead of us after we told her our previous worker we were suppose to be after 1 customer she told us yes than over 2 hours later our car was outside waiting for us so since She ignored us I asked Cashier what to do and she told us to go to James who was very nice and gave us the keys than told us to go to Cashier for which was covered since it was our first service of new 2020 impala last year made.
