Leo tried but I think he should have informed me that the price to fix mys issues regarding being unable to pass for smog certification could conceivably be quite high … I feel he probably knew that and had I been told that I would not even had a test to check it out. Leo was personable but I think could have provided more information regarding the potential cost.

Labor cost is practically the price of the part being replaced under Warranty. Prior to scheduling the battery replacement under warranty I spoke to 3 different associates which also were unaware
