Always with the upsell. “You need this service, and this service, and this service.” I came in for an oil change. Enough already, it’s insulting. Also, what happened to greeting the customer when they pull in? And I have to ask for my car to be washed? That used to be standard. And I have to ask for it to be done in a timely manner? Shouldn’t take almost 2 hours for an oil change and quick wash, not like they detail it or even vacuum it. Give me a break. Customer service used to mean something.
