You lost a customer today. I brought the car in and was advised there was a $150 charge to evaluate the car, the $150 would go to repairs. I approved the new air conditioning. I was then told the air conditioning didn’t work in the back of the car and it would be $300 to find out what was wrong. I paid $150 to find out what was wrong the first time and now $300. I called several times to talk to the service manager, getting his voice mail. I finally left him a message and never heard back from him. I have never been charged twice to find out what was wrong with my car.

Alex always provides great customer service. Andrew was also very nice and helpful as he greeted me and started the paperwork for me. Luis, the shuttle driver is always very nice and courteous.

Oscar had called me after I’ve picked up my car to let me know he had forgotten to start the Onstar service we spoke about when I dropped off the car. He made sure my family would be safe on our roadtrip we planned for later in the week. Oscar has always been thoughtful and respectful everytime I stop in to service my car.
