I forgot her name, and apologies for not remembering it, but I told her like I’m telling you now, that Ian and the entire crew are outstanding in every way. It seems like so many businesses are filled with glib, sarcastic employees. Even my stop at the Bowers Museum was frustrating. That place has more pompous, pretentious people working there than they know what to do with. Even there security guards are snooty and rude to there customers. It seems like it’s hard to find business that truly understands custermer service. If you review my records, you will see that I have never gone anywhere else for the maintenance of my HHR. I wish you people owned the Bowers Museum. Thx again for the wonderfull service and Truly Old School respect, friendliness and warmth you, Ian and the crew have shown me over the years. You set a good example for the entire country. Seriously!

Fixed the issue that ideally would have been fixed the first time I brought the car in for the same problem. I understand that electrical problems can be hard to identify. Only challenge was waiting about 40 minutes for the shuttle. Service Advisor was very helpful. Thank you.

I was told that I will be receiving a phone call when my car will be ready , 24hs later no phone call and if I didn’t happen to call the dealer, my car will still be there .. and yet, the car has the same issue.. I am not happy with the service.
