Oh my heavens what a wonderful staff you have at Guaranty. Alex has been super helpful. As well as Oscar and Lee. But above all is Luis!!! Kind, professional and friendly. Luis is great.

I was not expecting it to take almost 4 days for the work on my car to be completed. I was not told at the outset the parts for the recall work needed to be ordered first. Luckily, I was able to borrow a car from family.

I wish they would have asked if I wanted my car washed. I had it washed two days ago. Now it has spots. Everything else was great. Ian was professional and kind.

Alex did an excellent job. My car was ready within the time frame he quoted me. He was extremely personable and informative. After my service he pointed out a few things that I will need to address with my vehicle but I liked his approach. I didn’t Feel pressured just informed. Overall experience from price to service? Extremely satisfied!
