Turned away for service because another dealership completed faulty repairs and was told that they wouldn’t get paid if they worked on what another dealership had already started. Previously paid ~$300 for a new throttle body at Guaranty thinking it would fix my car but it ended up not being the problem at all, 8 rental cars, 1 tow, 2 check engine light instances, and 2 months later my car is still not fixed.

Price when up on oil change. And it took 2hrs to do it whats the point making appointments when you still going to wsit a long time. You get told your car is ready and when you get your keys you still have to wait snother 30 mints.
Erika was extremely organized and professional. Her follow up including photos of my filter were appreciated.. especially since the voice I was hearing stopped when I came to the dealership to have it diagnosed!!! Like going to the doctor and feeling well once you get there... anyway it was diagnosed and pump replacement was covered under the manufacture warranty. I’m great full to the service department for their ability to get it resolved so quickly.
