This was my first time owning a Chevy and also the first time having to go through service. Andrew made the whole ordeal pleasant. He explained best case scenario and worst case scenario. The car ended up needing to be held over a few days and he setup a rental car for me in the meantime. When I got the car back, he went out of his way to pull the car up so I wouldn't have to wait. Excellent service.

After repeatedly not being able to reach anyone in the service department, that alone is frustrating enough. After having my truck in your shop for three weeks it was not properly repaired. The engine supplied from GM Powertrain, a 2018 Ramjet 350, still does not idle under 1800 RPM. As returned to me the truck is not safe to drive. I was informed that the Tech was not able to go deeper into diagnosing the problem without special equipment that I should supply. I purchased this engine in good faith, expecting a well engineered power plant. I also expected with a 24 month warranty that a dealer service department would have these tools available. Or at the least there would be access to an engineering group at GM. So after having to pay for warranty work that should be covered and an engine that is not safe to operate I am very dissatisfied.
