Leo always gives me the best service. He keeps me informed on the status of my repair. Always explains things in a way I can understand. Does his best to get it done fast and accommodates my schedule and needs. Everyone on the service teams does a great job.

Rick was extremely helpful my vehicle. Service was quick too.
My truck was there for two nights, worked on a total of 9 min. !! Did not fix my problem !! Advisors did not return my calls !! I got no answers or satisfaction from the service department. Although this was under warranty, the service dept still charges Chevrolet $817 for what they did. To top it off, I found a screw on my center console which was left off from who knows where !! Worst customer service ever !!! Very unhappy !! Will not return to this incompetent service dept !!!
Erika was phenomenal. She was professional, prompt & pleasant. She kept me updated throughout the process and accommodated the requests that I had. Erika is a great asset to your company. This was my second visit to your establishment. I have to say that both visits were handled great by all staff. Last time, my car had to be towed from San Diego to Santa Ana, which was a great inconvenience (I happened to be attending mediation relating to my fathers passing). The team at Guaranty, from the technicians to the administrative staff to the cashier were all top notch. They made an inconvenience much more tolerable. Please look up the staff that assisted me both times, everyone gets two thumbs up - ESPECIALLY Erika.
