When it was suggested that I replace a couple filters and add some DEF I agreed to the adds only to find out at pick up that it tripled the the cost of the already overpriced maintenance. My truck was in for a recall issue so it seemed like a good idea to have maintenance service done while I was there. I checked the pricing on line for the filters and fluid which came to something short of $100 and having done the work myself before knew there was minimal labor involved so I expected to pay about $150 total for the adds to my $200 original service estimate. I was completely surprised at check out to find a $620 bill. I probably am somewhat at fault for assuming but there is no excuse for your rep not informing me that changing a few filters was going to triple my bill. I assure you I would not have authorized it. I had a great experience buying my truck but this experience has convinced me to go elsewhere for my next vehicle and certainly to never use your service department again.

everything was great, but the fact that i had to wait about half an hour to get my truck to the front after signing the paper work. Got me a lil anxious. i addressed the situation to one of your advisors and after the 2nd time he radio for my truck he ended up getting himself.

cant believe your not open on sat. had my vehicle from friday to friday. i got a ride to pick up on sat and your closed.Maybe add your service hours to your service texts. Erika was great, should have mentioned your closed on Sat. i have to pick a new service dept now
