Rick Perez was very rude. He was not informative. As I tried to ask him a question about the service he proceeded to cut me off and not hear me out, seems like he was trying to keep the conversation very short. This is the 2nd time that I’m very disappointed with the service here and I’ve only been here a couple of times. I don’t know why I gave this location a second try. I will not come back to this location due to how horrible the service and staff were , definitely not recommending this place.

Andrew C. Atherron is the most amazing experience advisor, He take care of my Chevy Tahoe 2017. I have an issue with the screen in the dash stopped working and shuts all the dash control include instant and the back DVD.
He order the parts and get them replaced on time and He call the insurance company to get the payment settle.

Ricardo was the best adviser I ever had. I had my car out for repairs for four days and he went out of his way to help me out. He set me up with a rental car out of his own pocket, did a good job keeping me updated of the status of my car, and was able to save me money on a part that would have cost me $800. My experience couldn't have been any better.
