It felt like they threw the book at me. Unable to get a rental Unable to get a diagnosis for my vehicle unless I agreed to paid $180 if my one year old truck had carbon build up. Due to a check engine light. Had to leave the vehicle for possible two days depending on the diagnosis and also the dealership had a “black out” that caused a schedule bottle neck. Mind you all I had an appointment. I’m glad I was able to drive out of there with integrity.

Leo kept me updated last on the status of my car. He was very professional, efficient and friendly. He answered all my questions. I was disappointed that my battery wasn’t charged up, since my car was left overnight.
