Andrew is a great service advisor, I'm sure all of your advisers are the same but for my experience he provided me with all the information I needed. His follow up was greatly appreciated. I live in Youba Linda so I drive by a few Chevy dealership but my experience buying my car at Guaranty Chevy and the service experience I receive keeps me coming back.
There was one minor thing I wasn't happy with. The mileage sticker for when I'm due for my next oil change was not put on.
Andrew clearly explained what my device included and suggested required maintenance with out being pushy but more concerned since I do tow more than normal.
Andrew was really helpful appreciate his work a lot for helping get my car fixed on time.
Only thing that I did not appreciate was. On the door when can in you had a sign that read no mask you can't enter. But there were customers in there with NO MASK.

Took 20 minutes before I even spoke to a service writer. Had a 9:30 am appointment- my vehicle was not worked on until after 10:30- took 2 1/2 hours for my service which is unacceptable. Told the person I made the appointment with I would be waiting for my vehicle, not dropping it off. She did not inform me your waiting area was closed, which knowing I was waiting should have been disclosed. When I told the service writer I was waiting there was no information provided that there was picnic tables outside to sit and chairs inside as well.
When I got my car, it had not been washed, which was to be part of the service.
I am very disappointed in the service department and this experience has put a very sour taste in my mouth
