Thank you for service honda, it was not the first time Ashley Danyelle did my service if I said it was excellent I would be unfair because it was more than that, the reception was excellent, the good deal, the smile, the quick service and the follow-up I found in Ashley Danyelle, I very happy for that.

I had to stop at another honda dealer less than an hour after I left cause you messed up my car. The skid plate was not screwed back on.

Valerie and Joe were great. The waiting area was awful, with the radio and TVs going at once. The customers should have access to the remotes so ALL the TVs don't have to be on ESPN for the sales guys. The kids area was a good idea, but it also lacked a remote. Too bad.

Great job with customer service! Needs a changing table in bathroom. Pretty sure that’s against code. I had to change my daughter on the floor. Pretty disappointed in that aspect. But the service made up for it. Great front staff and Denzel was great!

I don’t appreciate not being able to make a specific appointment for regular service required by Honda now that you are exclusively using express Service for routine required maintenance. You never know how long you will have to wait. I’m disabled and have a service dog. This is very inconvenient and is unresponsive to people with disabilities who may not be able to wait an hour and a half for required maintenance. You need to find a way to accommodate people with disabilities or I will publicize that you a business that doesn’t comply with the Americans with Disabilities Act.

The labor is beyond stealing from the customer, the parts are cheap and you charge triple the amount to install it. You should not be charging that much labor to install a couple parts in there that only took you a couple of hours to do. $500 in labor and the parts were only $250. I am beyond upset and feel robbed that they offered no help to work with me on the labor, this company tries to take so much so that everyone gets fed when really the person that’s installing it should get fed and not the company itself. You want to stay profitable don’t charge stealing customers money to pay little to the technician while corporate is eating the majority of the meal. I will never come back here again and I don’t care about your damn warranty since any work that gets done correctly should last more than 3 years, so you can’t say the warranty is the reason why of the upcharge on labor. I am going to write this on Facebook and everywhere I need to write it to let people know there are other places that you can take it to and get it installed for more than half the price. Just order the parts from Honda but do not let them get it installed. I would like a manager to call me back to restore my loyalty in coming back because I literally feel like I was robbed.

Mr. Freddie Boatright greeted me with a smile and a Good Morning, listened to my request for servicing the car very patiently. He was polite and well mannered. Thank you Honda Cars of Katy for having people like Mr. Boatright who make the customers happy.
