Valerie was extremely understanding. My car broke down and I was waiting for the wrecker to come get it which was going to take a while. We were not going to be able to get to the service department before they closed but I was in need of a loaner and she was able to accommodate me and help me out. All staff was welcoming and very helpful! Thank you!!
