Rodents chewed through my master engine wiring. A major insurance clain Davin helped with the insurance claim, worked with the adjuster. Got the part ordered and got the repair completed in just four business days. Unbelievably good service. In addition, I also can't thank the repair tech enough. He did a top quality repair and even stayed late to complete it in one day. I simply cannot say enough good about the Serra team. Thanks all.

Cale explained to me why I really did not have to have the serpentine belt replaced at 60,000 miles which I thought needed to be done. I appreciated his input on that. He also brought my finished car in the service area so I wouldn’t have to walk to the parking lot. Thank you Cale!

I did not purchase my car from Serra, and no longer live in Michigan. However, I return to the area every summer for a week and a stop at Serra is included in my itinerary. Cale took excellent care of me this trip. The car was finished as promised, second year in a row. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ See you next year.

The attendant was very nice and helpful. The issue remains where the hazard lights continue to periodically flash 3 times when the car is just parked and not running.

Serra service was able remove the JIS fasteners and install the lower splash shield on my Honda. They also diagnosed the clicking noise in the dash. Appreciate Dwain’s help.
