I was very pleased with Conner and my wife was so impressed that she wanted to make sure the service e manager knew what a good thorough job he did making sure we received the proper service in a congenital manner. He went the extra mile to get the job completed in record time because it was my wife's birthday.

Upon arriving 10 minutes early to asure I wasn't late for my 1 o'clock appointment. I was told it would be about a hour for my oil change. 1 hour for a oil change? It did take an hour. I watched the tech pull my car into the lot and return my keys to the service desk and waited another 10 minutes before I went and asked for my keys to leave This sort of time line will certainly discourage me from using Serra for my routine oil changes.
