Phil was excellent! I was nervous to come back to Serra because I had a bad experience with service on my last visit with a different person. But Phil took great care of us and I felt he went above and beyond to ensure we had a positive experience. I am now going to bring out Odyssey back just so we can work with Phil.

Dwain is the best! Talk about someone that truly knows everything about customer service. I know when I make an appointment at Serra Honda, through Dwain, I know he is looking out for my best interest and I have nothing to worry about. I know that he will keep me informed of every step of the way. He is stellar. Will not make an appointment with Serra Honda through anyone except Dwain. He’s a keeper!

Just moved up from Florida and I got my first oil change on my 25’ civic at this location. The service was excellent and quick especially for a same day appointment! I was hesitant about getting a tire rotation because I have caps on my lung nuts that can be difficult to work with but they handled it like pros and even put them back on when they were done!! Thank you guys I truly appreciate it! You will have my buisness as long as I am in Michigan!
