As always from the time I arrived everything went very smoothly even though the online appointment I scheduled was not showing up. I did this via an email I received from the company. Bob provided me with a great experience checking in and asking if I was doing alright in the waiting area. He also helped me with my back up camera alignment before I left as I asked him to review it. Very good experience:) thank you!

Maybe the online reservation system didn’t convey my request properly: there is at least one step that was not completed before my car was delivered— removing plastic wrap from under the drive’s side floor mat. It makes me wonder if other steps also were not completed. When I made the reservation online, I asked to have such pre-delivery steps corrected. The floor covering was not touched, which leaves me wondering whether there could be anything else?!

Northeast Acura service advisors are the best! My vehicle needed unexpected service today without an appointment. The problems were fixed same day with expertise and smiles. Best dealership ever! I came in unexpectedly today due to a squeaking. That had become incredibly irritating. The service team was able to identify that it was caused by my spare tire, which had become loose under my MDX. They fixed the problem and I had a nice and quiet ride home. Very happy with my service!
