I did not feel that Steve conveyed concern for helping me understand what had caused my battery to fail on one occasion and then run completely fine for the next several days. Instead, Steve would simply reiterate that the test showed less than 13.6 volts and when that happens we recommend replacing the alternator. When I asked what kind of assurance I would have that this would resolve the issue Steve said the only assurance he could offer was that if you don’t get 13.6 volts with your new alternator we will fix it again at no charge. If the problem persists and you are getting the proper voltage you will need to pay for additional repairs. While I understood Steve’s position, I did not understand the lack of interest in conveying that the root cause of the problem was being addressed. My sense was that Steve was indifferent to that and interested mostly in protecting himself and NE Acura. Most of the information I could find for intermittent drains on a good battery were causes other than the alternator. Hopefully Steve is right, but I am not looking forward to my next trip to NE Acura. Chris Collins is very much missed.

Y’all had my car for a week and a day and didn’t do a dam thing to it I had to take my car to some one else to get it fixed y’all couldn’t even put a light in right and change a bulb I wouldn’t have y’all to fix anything for me y’all put a bad taste in my heart all i can say you all should get y’all shirt together

Unfortunately, I did not have a good experience with the service department this time around. I’ve dealt with Steve in the past and he always contacted me and let me know exactly what was going on with my vehicle. Great customer service! However, this time, with Ryan, although he was very nice and polite, the customer service was anything but stellar. My car was there from 7/29 until today, and the entire time, I only received 2 phone calls. I never knew the status of my vehicle, despite being told he could call me or text me. At one point, I was told on 8/3 that He would contact me on Monday 8/5 after he spoke with his master tech and I did not receive a call until 8/13, and that was after me calling him on 8/12. It’s really unfortunate.
Ryan was awesome. Although the fix took a while on a rare issue, he kept me informed, let me keep a loaner the entire time and took care of the customer the way myself and my company would take care of mine. And I respect that.
Stephen was very through in taking care of my wheel bearing issues. He explained everything very well. He’s very well suited for customer services.
