Ryan was really good. Unlike my first visit for service, Ryan understood that the service was free of charge because the vehicle was still in the 1st year of ownership. He offered a coupon, that I didn't know about, for a free state inspection. He did not try to sell add'l services (unlike my 1st visit). His time estimate to perform the work was spot on. He even escorted me to my car on my way out. Well done. Ryan has restored my faith in NE Acura's service department. (Don't lose him, he's good!).
